She loves interacting with others, nutrition, and being outdoors – be it running, horse riding, swimming, hiking, or playing outside with her kids.
She has worked in a team, providing chapters for several published books and HIV counselling training tools. She has been on radio and given talks in professional forums.
All aspects of nutrition interest Jane, but particularly infant and child feeding, sports nutrition, insulin related issues, autoimmunity, cancer, and gastrointestinal health and FODMAPs. She believes that positive, healthy living is attainable for all, and a cornerstone is practical, healthy eating. She believes that most people have an idea how to make healthy life choices, but not always the tools to implement them successfully. Developing tools together creates an environment for success.
Health and eating are integrally connected with values, beliefs and lifestyle choices. Jane combines nutrition and life coaching to to facilitate health changes.
